(London, 7 March 2017) Jaaz company has opened a subsidiary in London, UK. A new company - Jaaz Portal Limited - will be focused purely on developing their flagship product Jaaz Portal, an ultimate, out-of-the-box, automated web hosting solution for average and unskilled users of social networks and bloggers.
The newly established company hopes to bring in investors’ attention as, thanks to having R&D center in Warsaw, Poland, it can offer an excellent service for a minimal price. The company is preparing itself for an initial seed round of investment.
“We are now a fully British company and thus we can offer our potential investors both SEIS and EIS tax relief”, said Marcin Gregroczyk, company secretary.
The company is now intensively working on the beta version of their product, Jaaz Portal, a highly-integrated solution for web hosting needs.
“We hope that our product will make it easier for hardware vending companies to enter a new market of mass customers. We will beat quality and ease-of-use solutions offered by big branches such as BlueHost, GoDaddy or Hostagator”, claimed Artur Radosz, company director.
It is expected that, in the next four years, the $15 billion market will grow by up to 26 000 000 new websites. It's a highly un-monopolized market with tens of thousands small businesses operating on it – the Internet giants take only 15% of it, with the rest lying in the hands of small, and often local, companies.
Jaaz Portal Limited hopes to offer a new standard in this area with their flagship project dedicated to anyone who is thinking of expanding their businesses by providing web hosting services to mass customers.
The Jaaz Portal will be licensed in per user schema but the company also plans to provide a free edition of their product as open source.
Jaaz Portal Limited is a UK-based company with an R&D center located in Poland. Through this, it can provide excellent quality IT services at a minimal cost.
Since March 2017, it has focused on the development of the company’s flagship product Jaaz Portal - an ultimate, out-of-the-box web hosting service for average and unskilled users of social networks and bloggers.
